Club News
Thank You!!!!
(Dan Collins 29/04/2015)
This Sunday gone we held a race night for our members to raise money for the Youth section. And despite the numbers being lower than we wanted due to other events taking place and late kick offs the other side of Hertfordshire you helped us raise £560.00.
This is a staggering amount of money and I am really proud and grateful for the hard work from committee members Lucy Garrett, Amanda Felstead and David Simpson from the first team committee. Lucy and Amanda also roped in their family members, so thanks to them also.
I hope those who came enjoyed the evening and I am really thankful for your generosity and thank you to children that always make this event so much fun. These events are the reason why we will not have to increase our subs this coming season.
Also we have our super stars in the U8's and 9's who managed to get £135 by by doing a bucket collection at the first teams last match of the season against Weymouth. Biggleswade Town won 4-2 and secured a place in the the division for next season. Match report available here:

Please remember, this is your club, more importantly your child's club and the more effort we all put in the more we will get out, most importantly the players will get more out of it.
Thank you again
