The Club needs a Committee.
AGM
21st September 7.30pm
at BTFC Clubhouse
Biggleswade Town Youth FC is run by a committee of volunteers and to continue to be a club and push ahead with future development we need additional volunteers to join the committee.
Each team must have a representative on the committee, who could be a parent, grandparent, carer or someone you know who just wants to get involved in a local club
As well as having active committee members all position on the executive board will need to be filled with the following expected vacant positions.
1. Vice Chairperson – lead committee meetings when chair unavailable and manage website
2. Treasury – Manage the budget and act as account signatory
3. Respect Officer – To ensure the club operates within Respect rules
If you are interested in being a committee member or part of the executive board please contact Simon Underhill – chairman@biggleswadetownyouth.co.uk or Greg Kirk – secretary@biggleswadetownyouth.co.uk or simple turn up to the AGM.
The AGM will be taking place on the 21st September, the executive board will be voted in and parents will have the opportunity to ask the committee about the club.
