The following procedures will help club administrators and team officials with the configuration of this new website.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS
-Using Location Admin, confirm your location and add (or check the details for) the grounds where your teams play.
-Using UserAdmin create your Club and Team officials (note if you know their email address, simply enter their first and last name and their email address and the rest they can do themself).
-Any users who cannot connect - check their email address and then reset their password.
-Check user privileges to enable some people to make updates to system features and the sites frontpage (the more input the better!).

CLUB WEBSITE CONTENT
-Change your a website colour scheme to suit your requirements.
-Upload any images you would like to publish (club logo etc).
-Write some text about who you are and what you're about in About and select your logo as your default image.
-Create Club News articles for the frontpage.
-List your sponsors - include a link to their own website if required.
-Create any links to other websites of significance.

TEAM CONFIGURATION
-Create your teams
-Add any additional users (eg match report writer, parent rep, etc).
-Input you upcoming fixtures in Fixtures & Results section.
-If you have a game scheduled within the next 7 days, enter details of your Next Game. Use the send email confirmation if you like.
-Input any Team Notices you want to publish (training times etc).
-Upload any photos or images you want to publish (currently via email) then select to publish once available.
-Once a game is played, enter the score and write a report if you want.
-At the end of the season, you can summarise your year and then migrate your team to the next season.

MONITOR FIXTURES
-Use the Fixtures This Week feature to view upcoming matches (this requires team officials to enter their fixtures first).

REGISTER PLAYERS
-Once you're comfortable with the site, you can ask your players to Register their details on the site
-This will allow you to update contact information and can be used for communications.
